Very poor experience, had to wait three weeks for an appointment. Arrived 30 minutes early for an 8:30 appointment as recommended. The staff was not there, waited 10 minutes only to have them tell me that my appointment had been cancelled by ME! I assured the receptionist that I did not cancel my appointment. She did not offer to work me in but asked me to reschedule another two weeks out.I told her not to bother I would not be back....very poor customer service!
I have had veins closed by Dr. Medina in 2008 and again in 2016. Both times I was so impressed with the quality of care I received by all staff members and Dr. Medina at the Triangle Vein Clinic. My insurance company is very difficult to work with, and this practice has always gone over and beyond what is expected to help me get treated. I recommend Triangle Vein Clinic and Dr. Medina to anyone with sore, swollen legs from varicose veins.
This clinic is not making financial paperwork clear from the beginning, so they can come back to haunt you with their bills. Insurance and finace department is messed-up. Tina in the insuranance department does not know what she is doing, and constantly make errors. I was suppose to pay all my deductables and co-pay 100% before I went through the precedure. After all the expensive procedure and out of pocket accessories vein they again got back with me asking for 1500 $. I know, if this happening with me they are doing this with more people. Nobody should be fooled over their final bills. They will convince you to come for every ultrasound and injections, and if you show little bit of hasitation, they will convince you verbally that it's all covered under the insurance and that how necessary it is. All they want, is to make long bills for you once all the procedure is done. I'm filling complain under better business bureau.
