Very disappointed!!!!! My procedure went very well and so did my results. I guess I'm not the typical patient. When I asked about payments to Dr. Barberi and Robert the tech I was told I could make payments, no big deal. As a teacher I do not have an extra $2500 (my portion after insurance) laying around. After a year of making payments Daphne called me and told me my payment plan was up and I need to pay the remaining. Still out of my financial reach. After explaining my circumstances, she told me I could continue on my payments. Now I'm getting calls from Credit World, turns out Daphene quit my auto-payments decided to take it upon herself to end them and now has affected my credit. I never got a call, email, or letter from the office since January so I assumed all was well. I called the office asked for Barberi to call me he would not!!! VERY UNFORTUNATE!!!
